Travel policies
Applying or joining an interest list does not reserve a cabin. A reservation is confirmed only after the authorized booking process, inventory verification, acceptance of applicable terms, and the required deposit.
Each confirmed departure provides pricing, inclusions, exclusions, payment milestones, cancellation terms, documentation requirements, insurance guidance, and cruise-line terms.
Privacy
We collect your contact details, eligibility, broad interests, referral source, and communication choices to review membership, welcome you, and provide relevant next steps. More detailed preferences are requested inside PAD only when they become useful.
Travel communications require a separate choice, and you can change your communication preferences later. Adventure Dance does not request budget, payment, passport, cabin, or sensitive accessibility information through this application.
Terms of use
Only a confirmed cruise page, written offer, and authorized booking path should be relied upon for exact dates, ship, itinerary, pricing, inventory, inclusions, and deadlines.
Travelers remain responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, insurance, and compliance with cruise-line and destination rules.
Accessibility
Applicants may share dietary, mobility, sensory, or accessibility needs privately. Requests are reviewed with the cruise line and vendors before an accommodation is promised.
Adventure Dance aims to keep its digital experience readable, keyboard-friendly, responsive, and usable with assistive technologies.
